ActingInEnglish is run by David Coyne, who has worked in all elements of 'the industry' from acting to directing, from carpentry to rigging and finally to teaching! David began life in the arts by attending East 15 Drama School in London 2007-2010, following which he worked primarily in Shakespeare, touring a vast variety of shows around the UK as well as working extensively in London where he lived. He has worked on several films and television shows, both in acting roles and a set building capacity. As a teacher David was Head of Acting at Performers College, Essex for 3 years, where he worked with hundreds of students who developed their confidence and skill as young actors.

ActingInEnglish is dedicated to providing quality educational resources that nurture and develop acting skills in individuals, as well as developing students' confidence in acting when it isn't in your native tongue! Our range of programs caters to aspiring and seasoned performers, aiming to elevate their craft through comprehensive training and guidance.

We are based in Stockholm for in person lessons, but are available Worldwide for lessons online. Please don't hesitate to get in touch to arrange your first session!
